Single nozzle
Machine settings
Single nozzle machines require a setting before the cleaning commences. Usually these machines have 3 different programs and in addition a prewash program. The program determines the so-called pitch. The nozzle starts with an angle of 0 degrees and hits thus at first the tank roof. After one rotation of the nozzle, the angle is increased by the so-called pitch angle and makes another rotation and so forth. After reaching an angle of 180 degrees the jet hits the tank bottom and one cycle has finished. If not stopped manually the machine goes up again by the selected pitch angle with each rotation.
