Tank Cleaning Plan for cargoes that are regularly transported by the company
A Tank Cleaning Plan is integrated into MIRACLE. This plan can be applied if the cargo is frequently transported by the company. 
Such routine operations are reviewed by the Ship Management Company in a Risk Assessment followed by Risk Mitigation. The hazards posed by the cargo are managed by respective system controls in terms of procedures, guidelines, regulations and trainings as well as technical controls.
For any selected cargo a tank cleaning plan can be generated by clicking on the Tank Cleaning Plan in the navigation menu. All relevant data for the plan will be extracted from the database. Just a few data must be entered manually.
Cleaning cargoes that are new to the company or that are not in MIRACLE
Cargoes that are new to company may not be transported and cleaned without an in-depth investigation of all related hazards. It is recommended to apply a formal Mangement of Change (MOC) process in order to ensure that all aspects have been considered.
